Tracy Streckenbach

Tracy Streckenbach is an Operating Partner at Gridiron Capital. In this role, she acts as board advisor, serves as a resource to Gridiron’s partnership companies as they pursue strategic initiatives, and provides leadership in several of Gridiron’s Centers of Excellence. Prior to joining Gridiron as an Operating Partner, Ms. Streckenbach’s previous roles have included Partner, Investment Committee Member, Board Member, CEO, COO, and CMO across a diverse range of industries. She has led teams in operating companies, consulting firms, and investment firms. Tracy is widely recognized as a successful change agent, having been featured in The New York Times “Corner Office” and in Times Books’ Quick and Nimble: Lessons from Leading CEOs on How to Create a Culture of Innovation. Ms. Streckenbach serves as a Director on the Foundation Wellness and Good Sportsman Marketing Boards and holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina. She grew up in two family businesses where she learned, first-hand, the importance of building around the needs of the customer. Tracy resides with her family in Boston, MA and enjoys camping, hiking, and getting outdoors.
